Local resort Komune, is a fantastic supporter of the local fashion scene.

Yet again a great fashion event was staged and the crowd got to view the designs around the pool deck.

She is truly a model that I would be happy to shoot everyday.

Ekala is a true chameleon, a new outfit, different hair and make up and she takes on whole new look and genre…effortlessly.

Clouds are closing in……………

A lovely morning at Burleigh Beach this morning, great clouds and wave action.

A little chill in the air which of course made the first coffee taste even better.

I actually shot too many from this same location this morning because it was just so nice to be there.

Watch out Surfers Paradise, the clouds are closing in………

A few months ago we shot a teaser video for a new product that we are offering…Moving Pictures.

A series of portraits are presented embedded into a video which tells a story.

After problems with computers and corrupted files, we finally could present the finished teaser.

Before the sun came up………

After a bit of a lay off due to other work, I jumped out of bed with gusto.

Off to the beach to capture a nice sunrise or two.

I drove to the beach, strolled out to the rocks, coffee in hand and waited….

The sun now rises almost an hour later since I last was at the beach !!

So I captured some shots before the sun came up…….

It really doesn’t get much better for me.

I get to make light do what I want, the team get to review the images as they are taken.

Everybody is aware whats going on, including the model, which lets her know how she is looking.

We are shooting a lot of model portfolios and fashion pieces at the moment.

These are always great fun, lots of creative people coming together to achieve something special.

The model can make a shoot, those that become involved and add to the collective creativity are fantastic.

The title of this post is typed with tongue in cheek!

The Gold Coast is yet again, wet and gray, yep more rain.

I am not going to get started on the climate change debate, however there is certainly something going on.

This beach shower at Nobbys beach probably wont see a lot of customers today.

Whats in today is old tomorrow, and then in ten years time that style is the hottest in town again.
